Program of merger of Company’s shares

Due to qualifying by the Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (Stock Exchange in Warsaw ) (“GPW”) of shares of „Polimex-Mostostal” S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw (“the Company”) to the Alerts List segment because of significant changeability of share price, the Company informs that on 07.08.2014 the Management Board of the Company has made a decision to implement the program of merger of shares (“Program”).

According to the program, the company is planning to merge 20 current shares in substitution for 1 new share, maintaining the unchanged amount of share capital.

The company expects that the merger of shares shall be completed by 31.12.2014, yet this date may change.
