Yesterday, i.e. on 10 May 2011, Polimex-Mostostal concluded a contract with the company Plauen Stahl Technologie GmbH, Germany for the installation of 6,540 tons of the main steel structure of the boiler in the SOSTANJ Power Plant in Slovenia.
Contract net value: EUR 4,700,000.00.
Contract gross value: EUR 5,781,000.00.
The contract will have been executed by July 2012
Today, i.e. 7 April 2011, Polimex-Mostostal signed a contract for the construction of the building of the Regional Court and District Court in Zamość. The Ordering Party is the Regional Court in Zamość.
Contract value:
- net: PLN 72,550,392.00;
- gross: PLN 89,236,982.00.
Court building cubic capacity: 103,401 m3.
Court building usable floor area: 14,401 m2.
Underground car park building cubic capacity: 18,515 m3.
Underground car park building floor area: 3,877 m2.
Today, i.e. on 9 March 2011, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal has obtained the information that the Company’s offer was chosen as the most beneficial.
The subject matter of the offer is the construction of the building of the District and Regional Courts in Zamość.
The Ordering Party is the District Court in Zamość.
The offer value amounts to:
- Net value: PLN 72.5 million,
- Gross value: PLN 89.2 million.
Yesterday, i.e. on 2 March 2011, a Consortium of companies featuring Torpol Sp. z o.o. - a 100% subsidiary company of Polimex-Mostostal – signed two contracts for the execution of construction works as part of the project: ‘Modernisation of the E 65 / C-E 65 railway line along the section Warsaw – Gdynia – LCS Gdansk area, LCS Gdynia’.

Today, i.e. on 3 March 2011, Polimex-Mostostal concluded a contract with the Uniejów Municipality for the extension of the hot baths and swimming pools complex in Uniejów as part of the Integrated Project of ‘Hot baths Uniejów – a regional brand product of spa tourism’.
Contract net value: PLN 27.3 million.
Contract gross value: PLN 33.6 million.
The works will have been executed by April 2012.
Polimex-Mostostal summarised its results of the year 2010.
In Q4 2010:
· consolidated revenues from sales amounted to PLN 1,186 million and were 9.7% lower than the value of the sales generated in Q4 2009.
· net profit amounted to PLN 53 million and was 4.4% higher than in the analogical period of 2009.
