Polimex-Mostostal to build the Manufacturing Plant for Automotive Parts in Wałbrzych

Today, i.e. on 21.10.2011, Polimex-Mostostal concluded a contract with Halla Engineering & Construction Corporation, Branch in Poland, for general contractorship of the manufacturing Plant for Automotive Parts in Wałbrzych.

Contract gross value: PLN 107,256,000.

Contract net value: PLN 87,200,000.

The works will have been completed by 15.08.2012.

The scope of the contract includes the construction of:

production building with the technical part,
office building,
technical building with an umbrella roof,
security building,
objects of small architecture
land management.
Usable floor area of the facility: 31,018.17 m2
Cubic capacity: 286,120.60 m3
Area of pavements, yards and roads: 20,984.00 m2
Green areas: 39,999.00 m2
