On Tuesday, June 7th, 2016 , Jacek Czerwonka was dismissed by the Supervisory Board from the position of the Vice President of the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal. Currently, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal consists of three members.

Concreting for the foundations of a turbine generator unit was completed in 30 hours. It marked yet another important stage of works carried out by Polimex-Mostostal for Opole Power Plant. The turbine generator unit foundations in power unit No. 6, similarly to the foundations in power unit No. 5, are supported on 58 vibration dampers affixed to 14 poles which are 12 m high (above the ground level). Naftoremont-Naftobudowa entered into a contract with a Netherlands-based Technip Benelux, and Polimex Energetyka will modernize boilers in power units 4 and 5 at the Kozienice Power Plant. Under the concluded contract, Naftoremont-Naftobudowa will prefabricate and install pipelines for steam cracking reactors in Unipetrol refinery in Litvinov, Czech Republic.
