New Member of the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A.
On Thursday, 14 September 2017, the Supervisory Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. adopted a resolution appointing Mr. Przemysław Janiszewski a new Member of the Management Board, entrusting him with the function of Vice President of the Management Board as of 14 September.

The new Member of the Management Board was appointed for a three-year joint term.
As of 14 September 2017 the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. is composed of the following members:
Antoni Józwowicz – President of the Board
Andrzej Juszczyński – Vice President of the Board
Przemysław Janiszewski – Vice President of the Board

Mr. Janiszewski is a manager with many years of experience in the construction industry. Before his appointment to the Polimex-Mostostal’s Management Board he has held key management positions at Skanska S.A., successfully leading and overseeing the company's strategic projects in Poland and abroad.
Recently, he held the position of the regional railway division Director at Skanska S.A. and was in charge of the development of a new area of the company’s operations in Poland and Slovakia.
Mr. Przemysław Janiszewski is a graduate of AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow. He also completed Master of Business Administration studies at the Koźmiński University in Warsaw, and at the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne.
At Polimex-Mostostal, Mr. Janiszewski will be in charge of the Company’s operations, including integrated management systems and HSE issues. He will be overseeing the operations of Naftoremont-Naftobudowa, Polimex Opole, Polimex Energetyka and Polimex Budownictwo.
