Withdrawal of a petition for bankruptcy

With reference to current report no. 117/2015 dated 10 December 2015, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Jana Pawła II 12 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) hereby informs that today they received information on Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Inżynieryjno-Budowlanych Inż-Bud Sp. z o.o. (limited liability company) having its registered office in Tarnów (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Petitioner’) withdrawing the petition in bankruptcy involving liquidation of Company assets.
