Signing the contract by the subsidiary.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Jana Pawła II 12 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) hereby informs that today they have obtained information from a subsidiary company operating under the company name of Polimex Energetyka Sp. z o.o. (limited liability company) having its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as ‘PxE’) on the singing on 22 and 20 October 2015, respectively, of contract with: (i) Siemens AG having its registered office in Erlangen, Germany, for the supply of steel structures, and (ii) Siemens Sp. z o.o. (limited liability company) having its registered office in Warsaw for the installation of steel structures (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Contracts’). The contracts were signed so as to enable implementation of the project regarding construction of a CCGT at PKN Orlen Płock.

The value of the Contracts amounts to EUR 7,307,259 net and PLN 11,310,736,85 net, respectively. The Contracts are inclusive of clauses authorising sub-contracting of additional works to PxE, subject to separately agreed remuneration.

Contractual penalties provided for in the Contract may not exceed 10 % of the value of the Contracts.

It has been agreed that the Contracts will be completed during the period from October 2015 to January 2017.
