Liquidation bankruptcy petition

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”, “the Debtor”) at ul. Młynarska 42 hereby informs that on this day it has obtained information that a creditor of the Company - INTEGRA Sp. z o.o. sp. k. with its registered office in Kraków at ul. Malborska 153, 30-624 Kraków (“the Creditor”) – on 31 December 2014 filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization a bankruptcy petition comprising the liquidation of the Company's assets.
The Company intends to take legal actions, aimed in particular at discontinuation of the bankruptcy proceedings.
