The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (‘the Company’, ‘the Debtor’) at ul. Młynarska 42 hereby informs that today it has received information about the fact that a creditor of the Company – ADER S.A. with its registered office in Świnna (‘the Creditor’) – filed for Bankruptcy and Reorganization a bankruptcy petition consisting in liquidation of the Debtor’s assets with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division on 15 July 2015.
In the opinion of the Company, the liability is disputable
