Issuing of Works Commencement Order for Projekt Opole.

With reference to current report no. 194/2013 of 19 December 2013 informing of reception from PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. (formerly PGE Elektrownia Opole S.A.) (the “Ordering Party”) of a notification on the planned date of issuing Works Commencement Order as a part of the project for construction of units no. 5 and 6 in Elektrownia Opole ("Projekt Opole") on 31 January 2014 the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (the “Company”) informs that the consortium of the following companies: The Company, Rafako ("Rafako") and Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Mostostal") (collectively "General Contractor") has received from the Ordering Party the Works Commencement Order for Projekt Opole.
