In addition to current reports no. 16/2017, 18/2017 and 38/2017, the Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA having its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Company”) informs that, on 18 May 2017, the Supervisory Board formulated the consolidated text of the Articles of Association of the Company attached hereto.
