Formation of the Company’s Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that at the meeting held on 21 March 2012, the Supervisory Board of the Company, in the composition amended in accordance with resolutions adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company in 29 February 2012, has been formed in the following way:

2) Artur Jędrzejewski - Vice-Chairman
3) Paweł Dłużniewski - Secretary
4) Dariusz Formela - Member
5) Dariusz Krawczyk - Member
6) Jacek Kseń - Member
7) Andrzej Bartos - Member
