The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 28 December 2012 it obtained information about filing by the Subsidiary Company Turbud Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Płock a liquidation bankruptcy petition to the District Court for Płock V Commercial Division in Płock.
