Discontinuation of court proceedings with the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways (Generalna Dyrekcja Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad)

Legal basis: Article 17 para. 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (regulation on market abuse) and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and Council and Commission Directives 2003/124 / EC, 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC.

With reference to Current Report No. 37/2018 of August 28, 2018 and Current Report No. 40/2018 of September 21, 2018, the Management Board of Polimex - Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") informs that today the binding provisions regarding the cancellation of court proceedings concerning Contracts (as defined below) have become legally valid and enforceable. The Contracts of which the subjects are:

     (i) Design and construction of the A1 motorway Stryków - the"Tuszyn" junction on the section from km 295 + 850 (from the Stryków 1 junction without a junction till km 335 + 937.65),
     (ii) Construction of the A-4 motorway, Rzeszów section (Rzeszów Wschód junction) - Jarosław (Wierzbna junction) fromkm 581 + 250 till km 622 + 450 and
     (iii) Construction of the S-69 Bielsko-Biała - Żywiec - Zwardoń expressway section the "Mikuszowice" junction ("Żywiecka / Bystrzańska") - Żywiec (collectively referred to as “Contracts").

At the same time, with the discontinuation of the proceedings, the arrangements described in the current report No. 40/2018 of September 21, 2018 have come into force.
