Czackiego 15/17, acting in accordance with the adopted Principles of Good Practice of Companies listed at the stock exchange and in order to enable the Company’s Shareholders to familiarize with a candidate for the Supervisory Board member, informs that on
24 February 2012 Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, announced its intention to put forward a candidate for an independent member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, Mr Andrzej Bartos, during the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 29 February 2012.
