Bringing of an action against the Company.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’ or the ‘Issuer’) hereby informs that they received a statement of an action brought by the General Director of the Iron and Steel State Company having its registered office in Iraq with respect t a claim asserted under a 1989 contract for the delivery and installation of steel structures regarding project Ishtar 89. The value of the subject matter of the dispute amounts to USD 3,737,000.00.

Basrah First Instance Courthouse set the date of the trial for 20 December 2015.

The Issuer challenges legitimacy of all the claims made by the General Director of the Iron and Steel State Company having its registered office in Iraq.

Correspondence received by Issuer does not indicate on what date the proceedings against the Issuer were initiated.
