Appointment of a new Member of the Supervisory Board

Legal basic: Article 56 (1) (2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodical information

The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA having its registered address in Warsaw at Al. Jana Pawła II 12 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") hereby informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company has appointed Mr Wojciech Kowalczyk a new Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Acting in accordance with the Code of Good Practices for WSE-Listed Companies and striving to allow the Shareholders of the Company to familiarise themselves with the new Member of the Supervisory Board appointed by the Extraordinary Meeting of the Company, the Company submits the bio of Mr Wojciech Kowalczyk attached hereto.

The newly appointed Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company has submitted a written declaration that he does not pursue any other competitive activity outside of the Company, and that he is not a partner of competitive civil law partnerships or any other partnerships, or a member of bodies of competitive corporations, and that he does not participate in any other competitive legal entities as a member of their bodies.

Mr Wojciech Kowalczyk has also submitted a declaration that he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors held under the Act of 20 August 1977 on the National Court Register (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1203).
