Fulfilment of the condition provided for in the annex to the loan agreement

Referring to current report no. 64/2017 dated 25 July 2017, the Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA having its registered office in Warsaw informs that today the security interests established so far on the loan facilities granted under the Annex (as defined in current report 64/2017) have been made extended; as a consequence thereof, the Guarantee Line has been made available in accordance with the provisions of the Annex.
