Establishment of registered pledges on the Issuer's assets

Further to current report No 66/2017 of 25 July 2017 The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that today the last surety for Towarzystwo Finansowe “Silesia” Sp. z o.o. as the pledgee [lien holder] has been established. The pledges were established for all the shares and shareholding rights of Polimex Budownictwo Sp. Z o.o. Sp. Kom., , with registered office in Siedlce, Polimex Operator Sp. Z o.o. Sp. Kom., with its registered office in Warsaw and Infrastruktura Drogowa Sp. Z o.o. With its registered office in Warsaw.
