Information on receipt from the general contractor of a proposals to change the date of completion of the construction of power units Nos 5 and 6 in the Opole Power Plant.

The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that today the consortium of the Company and Mostostal Warszawa S.A. and Rafako S.A. (The “Consortium”) and GE Power, which is the general designer and acts as the leader of the Consortium, managing the performance of the contract, has submitted to Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A.  (”PGE GiEK”) (the ”Contracting Entity”) a proposal to update the construction schedule of units Nos 5 and 6 in the Opole power plant, which is the subject of the agreement of which the company had informed in the current report No 8/2012 (the “Agreement").

The cause of the shifts in the planned schedule are technical and organizational issues.

The completion date planned by the Consortium for unit No 5 has been moved from 31 July 2018

to 20 December 2018, and for unit No 6, from 31 March 2019 to 31 July 2019.

The company will issue a separate report to inform about the decision of the Contracting Entity regarding any amendments to the Agreement in accordance with the schedule provided by the Consortium.
