Uniform text of the Articles of Association of the Company

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that today it obtained information on the registration of amendments to the Articles of Association of the company made pursuant to resolutions No. 67, 68 and 69 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Polimex Mostostal S.A.
of 29 June 2011 and accepting its uniform text by the District Court for the City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Economic Department of the National Court Register, pursuant to the provision of 19 August 2011.
