Changes to the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered office in Warsaw at ul Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 15 October 2012 an Extraordinary General Meeting of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. made changes to the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
The following members were dismissed from the current Supervisory Board: Paweł Dłużniewski and Jacek Kseń, and until the end of this term of office the following were appointed to the Supervisory Board: Marek Wierzbowski and Sebastian Bogusławski.
