The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. declares the intent to submit consolidated quarterly reports of the Capital Group containing quarterly financial information on a permanent basis.

Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs of the dates of publishing periodical reports in 2013 in the following order:

Dates of submission of periodical reports in 2013 are as follows:

2013.03.11        annual report for 2012 and a consolidated report of the Capital Group for 2012

2013.05.10        extended consolidated report for Q1 2013

2013.08.30        report for the 1st half of 2013 covering the Company and a report for the 1st half of 2013 covering the Capital Group

2013.11.08        extended consolidated report for Q3 2013
