Discontinuation of bankruptcy liquidation proceedings

With reference to current report no. 13/2014 dated 29 January 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (“the Company”) informs that today it obtained the information on the issuing on 11 March 2014 by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw - X Commercial Department for Bankruptcy and Reorganization of the decision on discontinuation of proceedings on bankruptcy of the Company initiated at the request of Triespol Firma Produkcyjno-Usługowa with its registered office in Mrągowo. The judgement is not binding.
