Discontinuation of bankruptcy liquidation proceedings

With reference to the current report no. 24/2014 dated 11 February 2014, 35/2014 dated 27 February 2014, 47/2014 dated 9 April 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17(“the Company”) informs that today at the hearing of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization has issued a decision on discontinuation of combined for joint examination and conducting bankruptcy liquidation proceedings of the Company at the request of:

1. Ergon Poland Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Badowo Mściska,

2. Firma Budowlano – Drogowa MTM S.A. in Gdynia,

3. Jan Rutkowski conducting business activity under the business name of TECHWIND Jan Rutkowski in Gdańsk.
