Discontinuation of bankruptcy liquidation proceedings

With reference to the current report no. 29/2014 dated 13 February 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (“the Company”) informs that today it obtained the information on the issuing on 29 May 2014 by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw - X Commercial Department for Bankruptcy and Reorganization a decision on discontinuation of bankruptcy liquidation proceedings of the Company initiated at the request of Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane "Kokoszki" S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk.
