Candidat for the Company’s Supervisory Board member

Czackiego 15/17, acting in accordance with the adopted Principles of Good Practice of Companies listed at the stock exchange and in order to enable the Company’s Shareholders to familiarize with candidat for the Supervisory Board member, informs that on 21 May 2013 ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny [Open-End Investment Fund] with its registered office in Warsaw, represented by ING Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. announced its intention to put forward candidat for independent member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, Mr Dariusz Krawczyk, during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders the Company convened for 3 June 2013.
