Sale of the real property of a subsidiary company

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office at ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw, hereby informs that yesterday there was concluded a contract of sale of the land property located in Cracow, at ul. Piłsudskiego, comprising the plot of land no 129/2 of a total area 0,0286 ha, for the net price PLN 2,900,000.00, between „POLIMEX-DEVELOPMENT” KRAKÓW sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Cracow at ul. Batorego 25, 310135 Cracow, a subsidiary company of the Company ("Seller") and Warkrak Development Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Cracow at ul. Romanowicza 2, 30-702 Cracow ("Buyer").
