Confidential information – receipt of a demand for payment

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) hereby informs that on 26 August 2013 it received from Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Romania SA a demand for payment by the Company of the amount being the equivalent of PLN 9,282.6 (in accordance with the average EUR/RON exchange rate published by the NBP (Narodowy Bank Polski – the National Bank of Poland) on 26.08.2013) under the guarantee regarding loan liabilities of a subsidiary company – S.C. Coifer Impex SRL.
