Withdrawal of the liquidation bankruptcy petition

With reference to the current report no. 105/2014 dated 29 July 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 ("Company") hereby informs that on this day it obtained the information about the withdrawal of the liquidation bankruptcy petition by the creditor - INSTAL BEŁCHATÓW sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Rogowiec.
