Bankruptcy petition

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) at ul. Młynarska 42 hereby informs that on this day it has obtained information that a creditor of the Company - Cogito Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Złota 61 – on 02 September 2014 filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization a bankruptcy petition comprising the liquidation of the Company's assets.
The Company intends to take legal actions, aimed in particular at discontinuation of the bankruptcy proceedings.
