Withdrawal from the Conditional Contract

With reference to current report no. 100/2014 dated 22 July 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. ("the Company") with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 (“the Company”) informs that it obtained the information on withdrawal by the Buyer - Molina spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością 4 S.K.A. from the Conditional Contract for the sale of real property located in Biała Nowa without stating the reasons.
