The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 15 October 2013 it obtained the information about filing by the Subsidiary Company Modułowe Systemy Specjalistyczne sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Płock a liquidation bankruptcy petition comprising the company’s assets to the District Court for Płock V Commercial Division.
