Liquidation bankruptcy petition

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”, “the Debtor”) at ul. Młynarska 42 informs that today it obtained the information about the fact that a creditor of the Company – Zdzisław Sówka conducting business activity under the business name of PHU Plast - Bud Zdzisław Sówka with its registered office in Olsztyn (“the Creditor”) – on 16 January 2015 filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization, a liquidation bankruptcy petition together with a petition to secure the Debtor’s assets in the form of establishing temporary judicial supervision.

The Company intends to take legal actions, aimed in particular at discontinuation of the bankruptcy proceedings.
