Decision regarding the petition to establish a security

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 („Company”, “Debtor”), with reference to current report no. 21/2015 dated 29 January 2015, informs that the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, Commercial Court, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization, issued a decision to dismiss the petition to establish a security by way of appointment of an interim court supervisor, filed by a creditor of the Company Zdzisław Sówka conducting business activity under the business name of PHU Plast - Bud Zdzisław Sówka.

The court decided to set the date of the hearing for 4 March 2015, 10:00 am.
