Withdrawal of the bankruptcy petition by a creditor of the Company

With reference to current report no. 23/2015 dated 30 January 2015, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw ("the Company”, “the Debtor”), hereby informs that today it has received the information about the fact that a creditor of the Company - Zdzisław Sówka conducting business activity under the business name of PHU Plast - Bud Zdzisław Sówka with its registered office in Olsztyn (“the Creditor") has withdrawn the bankruptcy petition with reference to the Debtor, including the liquidation of its assests.
