Signing of an Agreement

With reference to the report no. 205/2014 dated 8 December 2014 the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 in Warsaw (“the Company”) hereby informs that on this day it has obtained the information that (i) an agreement has been signed between the Consortium including the Company and Naftoremont-Naftobudowa Sp. z o.o. (the Company’s subsidiary company) („the Consortium”) as the Leader of the Consortium and TOTAL RAFFINADERIJ ANTWERPEN, with its registered office in Antwerp (Belgium) („the Contractor”) and that (ii) an official order has been made by the Contractor.

The subject of the agreement is the execution of works related to the ARDS Lot 2B Train 1 Installation i.e. the dismantling of the old pipelines and installation of new pipelines, installation of new machinery and a compressor, as well as performing a renovation of the installation; works will be conducted in the Refinery TOTAL RAFFINADERIJ ANTWERPEN as part of the „OPTARA 2015 Rafineria TOTAL Antwerpia TOTAL Refining & Chemicals” project.

The value of the Agreement amounts to EUR 17,298,489,63.

The deadline for the execution of the Agreement has been set for December 2014-December 2015.
