The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) informs that on 11 March 2015 the Financial Supervision Commission (KNF) issued the decision on the approval of the prospectus of the Company developed in relation to application for admission to and trading on the regulated market maintained by Giełda Papierów Wartościowych (Warsaw Stock Exchange) S.A. of 2,863,571,852 series R ordinary bearer shares of the Company.
