Signing of a contract transferring the ownership of the Issuer’s real property

With reference to current report no. 67/2015 dated 3 June 2015, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Jana Pawła II 12 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) hereby informs that on 30 September 2015 a contract transferring the ownership of the Subject Matter of the Contract stipulated in accordance with current report no. 67/2015 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Transfer Contract’) was entered into between the Company acting in the capacity of the Seller and Molina Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością 2 (Limited Liability Company), limited joint stock company, acting in the capacity of the Buyer.

The Transfer Contract was concluded as a result of fulfilment of all the conditions provided for in the Conditional Contract. Pursuant to the Conditional Contract and the Transfer Contract, total gross price shall amount to PLN 1,553,149.38.
