Changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company

Article 56 (1)(2) of the Act on public offering – current and periodical information 

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered address in Warsaw at al. Jana Pawła II 12 informs that, on 24 June 2016, the Ordinary General Meeting of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. appointed the following new members to the Supervisory Board of the Company for the new joint term 2016-2019: Mr. Bartłomiej Kachniarz, Ms. Anna Młynarska-Sobaczewska, Mr. Marcin Milewicz, Ms. Iwona Warsewicz, Mr. Andrzej Komarowski, Mr. Bartłomiej Kurkus, Mr. Andrzej Sokolewicz, Mr. Przemysław Figarski and Mr. Bartosz Ostachowski. The newly appointed members do not pursue competitive activity against the Issuer and are not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of law on the National Court Register.
