The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) its registered office at ul. Jana Pawła II 12 hereby informs that today they received information on Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Inżynieryjno-Budowlanych Inż-Bud Sp. z o.o. (limited liability company) (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Petitioner’) having its registered office in Tarnów filing on 4 December 2015 with the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw – X Commercial Division for Insolvency and Recovery Proceedings – a petition in Company bankruptcy, involving liquidation of Company assets.

The Company intends to undertake relevant legal measures, in particular legal measures aimed at discontinuation of bankruptcy declaration proceedings.
