The submission of a petition by a Subsidiary of the Issuer

The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA having its registered address in Warsaw at Al. Jana Pawła II 12 (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer") announces that today the Issuer has obtained information about the submission of a liquidation bankruptcy petition by its Subsidiary, Polimex Engineering Sp. z o.o. under liquidation, having its registered address in Gliwice, in the District Court, XII Commercial Division in Gliwice.
Together with the liquidation bankruptcy petition, Polimex Engineering Sp. z o.o. under liquidation, having its registered address in Gliwice, has submitted an application for exemption from court fees.
