Withdrawal of the petition submitted by company S-Service Agro Sp. z o.o.

With reference to current report no. 101/2012, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) informs that it obtained information on the passing on 21 November 2012 by the Commercial Department for Bankruptcy and Reorganization at the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw – of a decision on discontinuance of the proceedings regarding declaration of bankruptcy liquidation of the Company as initiated upon the petition of the company S-Service Agro Sp. z o.o. due to withdrawal of the petition thereby.
The decision is to not legally valid.
