Withdrawal of the liquidation bankruptcy petition and the appointment of an interim court supervisor petition

With reference to the current report no. 112/2014 dated 31 July 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office at ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw ("Company") hereby informs that on this day it obtained the information about the withdrawal of the liquidation bankruptcy petition and the appointment of an interim court supervisor petition by the Company's creditor - Zbigniew Jóźwiak.
