Withdrawal of the liquidation bankruptcy petition

With reference to current report no 102/2014 dated 24 July 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 informs that today it obtained the information that due to the fact that the Company has repaid the debt, the company Fracht FWO Polska sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw has made a statement in the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw - X Commercial Department for Bankruptcy and Reorganization about the withdrawal of the liquidation bankruptcy petition dated 3 July 2014 and at the same time has filed a petition to discontinue the court proceedings in this case.
