Withdrawal from a conditional contract for the sale of real estate.

With reference to the current report no. 203/2014 dated 05.12.2014 and the current report no. 50/2015 dated 31.03.2015, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 („Company”) hereby informs that on 23 April 2015 it received information from a subsidiary company Naftoremont-Naftobudowa Sp. z o.o. (Seller) that „Invest-Active” Sp. z o.o. (Buyer) decided not to buy the real estate which was the subject of the conditional sale contract due to lack of possibility of receiving funding by the Buyer in the period established in the contract, i.e. until 30 April 2015.
