Withdrawal of the bankruptcy petition by Eurometal S.A.

With reference to the current report no. 94/2012 of 12 October 2012 and current report no. 105/2012 of 6 November 2012, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that it obtained the information about filling on 3 December 2012 by Eurometal S.A. to the Commercial Department for Bankruptcy and Reorganization at the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw a petition on withdrawing the bankruptcy petition of the Company by Eurometal S.A. in the abovementioned court.
