Withdrawal of the bankruptcy petition by a creditor of the Company

With reference to current report no. 134/2014 dated 10 September 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 ("the Company") hereby informs that on this day it has obtained information that a creditor of the Company - Bilfinger Industrial Services Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Augustówka 24 ("the Creditor")– on 22 September 2014 has filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization, a petition to withdraw the bankruptcy petition comprising the liquidation of the debtor's assets together with a petition to secure the Company's assets in the form of establishing compulsory administration of the Company's assets and to establish a compulsory administrator.
