Withdrawal of the bankruptcy petition by a creditor of the Company

With reference to current report no. 136/2014 dated 11 September 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 hereby informs that today it has received the information about the fact that a creditor of the Company – Mr Grzegorz Koczorek conducting business activity under the name of Doradztwo Gospodarcze i Biznesowe AiD Grzegorz Koczorek ("Creditor") – on 26 September 2014 filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization withdrawal of the bankruptcy petition comprising the liquidation of the Company's assets.
