Withdrawal of the bankruptcy petition by a creditor of the Company

With reference to current report no. 154/2014 dated 08 October 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw (“the Company”, "the Debtor") informs that today it obtained the information that a creditor of the Company - HEFAL SERWIS S.A. with its registered office in Wodzisław Śląski, ul. Marklowicka 30A, 44-300 Wodzisław Śląski ("the Creditor") - withdrew the bankruptcy petition comprising the liquidation of assets of the Debtor. The Creditor's petition was filed on 7 November 2014 with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization.
